By engineering our Software in-house we have been able to completely re-design the way in which your vehicle delivers power and responds to your input with power available on-demand in every gear. Access to over 20,000 different parameters directly from the ECU enables the Revo calibration team to unlock your engines true potential while ensuring everything remains within safe factory levels. Stage 2 Software has been specifically designed to work in harmony with the Focus RS Stage 2 Performance Pack.

With ample efficiency for a stock vehicle, the OEM system quickly becomes a choking point for the engine when running more power. The Revo Carbon Series Intake has been designed to promote smoother airflow. Keeping the stock airbox helps eliminate heat soak whilst directing cold air through the new filter and 12% larger diameter carbon pipe. Each component has been specifically designed to ensure no air turbulence from joins. This increases the rate at which air can flow, ensuring maximum performance at all tuning stages.

The Revo Intercooler upgrade for the Ford Focus RS Mk3 2.3 EcoBoost utilises unique design features to lower intake air temperatures, minimise pressure drop and allow the engine to produce impressive power and torque increases.The Focus's turbocharged 4-cylinder engine produces extreme intake temperatures that the standard intercooler struggles to cope with, especially after consecutive hard use. The Revo Intercooler combats this by directly replacing the OE part, enhancing cooling efficiency by over 40ºC, allowing you to drive harder, for longer.ncreased performance

REVO INTERCOOLER PIPE UPGRADE
FORD FOCUS RS 2.3 ECOBOOST
The Revo Intercooler Pipe Upgrade kit increases power and reduces lag by replacing the restrictive stock pipework. Designed for the Ford Focus RS 2.3 EcoBoost, this upgrade features a larger internal diameter, fewer restrictions and removes the sound suppressor chamber. This means the turbo meets less resistance and can perform more effectively at any level of tuning.
A multitude of design features and attention to detail that Only Revo offer means this a product that not only looks great but more importantly performs. Thicker reinforced oil resistant silicone hoses, lightweight mandrel-bent aluminium pipework, flush fit joins to eliminate turbulence and is designed to fit either the stock or Revo Intercooler.

PERFORMANCE TIMES
Stage 2 Performance Pack testing was carried out on a private track in the UK with an ambient temperature of 17ºC. 2016 Ford Focus RS MK3 2.3 EcoBoost with manual transmission in Race mode. Revo Rv019 19" wheels with road tyres, traction control off and 99RON Shell® vPower®. The average performance times are taken from 9 consecutive runs.
