The Revo open cone Air Intake System for the 1.5 EcoBoost engine improves performance and offers an aggressive intake sound. Ensuring your engine can get access to enough air is paramount when increasing power; more air means more power throughout the rev-range.
Only Revo Air Intake Systems are specifically designed to work in harmony with your vehicle and Revo ECU Software. Engineered to directly replace the stock airbox, pipework and filter, this kit comes complete with a front silicone hose, aluminium pipe, heat shield, filter, turbo inlet silicone and fitting kit.

PERFORMANCE ECU SOFTWARE
1.5 ECOBOOST ENGINE
Performance isn’t always achieved by aiming for the biggest peak figures, and certainly not by pushing things too far. Combining the additional airflow gained from the uprated intake system and more efficient cooling from the uprated front-mounted intercooler allowed the Revo calibration team to maximise the increased efficiency from these components and tie them together to give fantastic real-world gains whilst retaining the stock downpipe and GPF/OPF.

TEMPERATURE PROTECTION
Engine cooling and oil temperature are monitored by the ECU, reducing engine power output if temperatures rise above a set level.

The Revo Intercooler utilises unique design features to lower intake air temperatures, minimise pressure drop and allow the engine to produce impressive power and torque with Revo Software. The unique end tank profile promotes internal laminar flow by decreasing turbulence and increasing airspeed into the bar and plate core. This enhances charge air cooling giving you access to more power throughout the rev range.
The limitations of the stock intercooler were apparent throughout testing. The stock part consistently struggled to manage charge air temperatures, especially. On vehicles with performance software. The Revo Intercooler has been designed to improve on every restrictive element of the stock cooler, enhancing cooling efficiency by lowering intake air temperatures by up to 34ºC vs. the Fiesta ST intercooler, allowing you to drive harder, for longer.
